Introduction

Photography gives the freedom to look at normal every day things (especially things that we take for granted) in a different light. One of the great things about taking pictures is capturing the good times in our lives that we frequently forget or miss. The mechanics in a camera have the capability to freeze precious moments. And they allow you to go back to that certain moment, place or feeling whenever you want.

I hope that in our blog some kind of connection, thought or emotions will be created in our viewers' mind. That being one of my goals, the other goal is to improve my photography by taking pictures that fit a theme or concept.

The concept for this photoblog is: each week or month Etch and I want to assign different themes or words and subsequently post pictures that correspond with each of those. We will also invite guest authors to share their pictures with us.
